Leanest Libations 🍹

In honor of Cinco De Mayo 🇮🇹 AND beach season, I present you with the Leanest Libations in all of the land! A skinny mini margarita, a fun and frothy alternative to the calorie-offensive pina colada, and a fabulous beach day drink that will keep you tipsy and hydrated at the same time! Drink up, my friends! #CincoDeDrinko

🍈 Super Lean Lime & Chili Margarita (90 calories )

This margarita is truly a rare gem. Both big in flavor and extra light in calories. You can’t make a margarita with less calories than this! Not possible. The chili-lime rim gives it the kick it needs and the smoothness of a high quality tequila (such as my fav – Patron silver) makes it dangerously drinkable. #MargaritaMama

  • 1 0z of Patron Silver
  • Juice of 1 1/2 lime (about 1.5 0z)
  • 1 0z water
  • Tajin (A chili-lime seasoning)
  • Liquid stevia drops (3-4 small drops) *My favorite brand is SweetLeaf

First, spread a little Tajin on a small plate. Next, sweep a juicy lime wedge around the top rim of your glass and dab around in the spice to create a delicious chili-lime rim. Set aside.

In a separate glass add ice, Patron, lime juice, water, and stevia. Give it a quick stir and gently transfer to your rimmed glass. Careful not to disturb the Tajin rim – it’s the best part!

🍍 Pinana Coco Colada (150 calories)

Stay super slim and stewed with this frothy cocktail. At around 150 calories per serving, it is a great alternative to a calorie dense pina colada! Subbing coconut vodka for coconut milk or mix eliminates SO many calories! The banana acts as the thickener that the drink needs for a comparable consistency to a pina colada. Plus potassium!

  • 3 oz Ciroc coconut vodka
  • 1 banana
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice or ½ cup pineapple chunks

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly. Add more ice or juice depending on the consistency that you prefer.*These measurements will make 2 drinks.

 

👙Skinny Chi Chi (80 calories)

This drink is a light and tasty summer sipper that is perfect for a beach day buzz! #BeachBodyBuzz

  • 1 oz Ciroc coconut vodka
  •  1/4 c of pineapple juice
  • Club soda/sparkling water
  • 2 lime wedges squeezed

Mix all ingredients together. Done. Yum.

 

**Most vodkas are made from grains or potatoes. Ciroc is one of my favs because it is made from grapes and is less carb-y than other vodkas. And if you are gluten-free, this hooch is a safe bet.
